GradeBridge provides free online tools. They are offered “as is” for general informational and convenience purposes. We may change, suspend or remove any tool at any time.

You agree not to misuse the Site — for example by attempting to disrupt it, scraping it at a rate that harms other users, or using the tools for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for having the right to process any files or text you use with the tools.

Results are estimates. Grading rules differ between schools and countries — your institution or an official evaluation service decides what counts. Always check important results before you rely on them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GradeBridge and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the Site.

5. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text and code are owned by GradeBridge or its licensors. Files and content you process remain yours; we claim no rights to them.

6. Advertising and third-party links

The Site displays third-party advertising and may link to other websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or services.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
